A program for novice gardeners to help them be successful in gardening.
Plant Geek Program 2024
Purpose: To encourage and support beginning plant enthusiasts through education and plant guarantees.
Program Details: Plant Geeks will be entitled to plant replacement for plants, up to $100.00, that have died in their care within a restricted time period.
Plant Geeks are required to attend one of four offered classes related to basic plant care to be eligible for the Plant Geeks Program.
Cost of participation, in your choice of class, is $25.00 per person.
After completion of one of the designated plant care classes, participants will be issued a Plant Geeks Program Card. This card will be used to track purchases and claims.
Plant Geeks will be guaranteed replacement of plants up to $100.00 that have died in their care. Claim total cannot exceed purchase total recorded on card.
Eligible plants for replacement are annual plants in 4 ½ inch pots, cell packs, and PW 4 inch cups.
One card per participant, no replacement for lost cards will be issued.
You must present your card when making eligible purchases in order for those purchases to be eligible for claims.
Purchases must be made by June 8, 2024.
Claims for replacement plants must be made by June 30, 2024.
We cannot guarantee replacement of plants with the same original plants as availabilities change as the season progresses.
Plants will only be replaced with new, eligible plants, no cash refunds.
The program is limited to 100 participants.
